    Flip Flops

If I walk too fast while wearing flip flops, I get blisters.
    So I consciously walk slower.

In a lot of countries, wearing flip flops out is considered low-class, or rude.
    Fashion really varies a lot.
My dad still frowns at me when I wear them out with him, even though my mom tells him to leave me alone.
I remember someone said to me, "Annie, you wore flip flops to school?"
And I was pretty confused, because this person grew up here.
But now that I think about it, not everyone who grows up here adjusts to the habits here.
Mentally, I'm still kind of Chinese sometimes.

No, I haven't started packing yet.
And the last time I worked on my novel was like... I don't remember.

    Packing

    Or not.
I haven't even started, or seriously considered starting yet.

And I have like... six days left.
    HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA.

But I dont waaaaaanna move back to Richmond.
    It sucks.
Its is like this can of sardines where everyone is being squished, and pushing against each other, and no one is getting anywhere.
    I don't really like cities.

I'd like to live in the center of a well-developed town, and visit the busier city sometimes.
Oh wait, that's what I'm doing now.
    Nooooooo! I don't waaaaanna move!

    Ratatouille

I THINK I spelt it right?

It was SUCH a cute movie.
    Original, interesting and funny.

I laughed so hard my ear hurt.

... I'm not sure how that worked.

    Period

I really feel like blogging about my period, but I dont wanna gross anyone out, so just...
Don't read this if it'll make you barf.
So basically, only my sister will read this.
    Maybe Nina.

Seriously, I am so sick and tired of it.
Apparently taking birth control pills lightens the flow and also makes it less painful.
    This is true.

But STILL, periods are SO ANNOYING.

I hate those one or two days where you know your period is coming so you're always carrying pads on you and avoid wearing white or light colors, and you're all paranoid and it's like, "...when? ...When?? ... WHEN?????"
And if you get tired of being paranoid, and go out for two hours without bringing a pad, that is when it will happen.

When I'm really tired, the fabric of the pad rubs and irritates my skin, on the inside of my leg or my butt, and it's just like, "Omggggggg, I wanna just drop dead for six days and wake up when it's overrrrrrr..."
On bad days, I'm constantly worried, that there might be... leakage...so I'm making bathroom trips every half hour, and hating my uterus.

A lot of people are like, "Just use tampons."
But they're like, scary and I don't have the guts.
On the box it even warns you that it raises the chance of some type of cancer.

And I really don't believe the commercials where the girl uses a tampon and goes swimming...
Cause it's like... ehhhh... even if it really is leak proof... it's pretty disturbing.

At least I don't get those really painful cramps anymore.

There's birth control pills that omit your periods completely, but I'm not sure if I'm hardcore enough for that.

    Haircut

So anyway, I cut my hair, and so far no one has been able to tell...
Not even my mom, who took me.

She went shopping, and then came back to get me from the salon.
    She just stared at me.
    I stared at her.
    So she said, "You're done?"
    And I said "Yes."
And she said "...Doesn't look like it."

The haircut guy said "... Heh heh heh."

I read this article on how supposedly black girls are the best at changing their hair styles all the time.
Like, they have the most variety.
I did some searching for ideas, because I hardly EVER change my hair.

A while ago, when I saw Jessica Simpson's hair extensions slogan, I was like, "Yes, yes, yes!!"
"Change your hair as often as you change your mind."

If that were true, I'd never even get out of my room.
I'd start doing my hair, change my mind, and start again, and change my mind, and start again.
    Forever.

I might end up doing those half-half hairdo things where you divide your hair in half, and do one style on one side and another on the other.
Half a ponytail and half a braid.

    Owww

My foot hurts, my ankle hurts, my legs hurt, my arms hurt, I'm tired...
I hurt here and there and everywhere....

    Nehhhhh........

    Motives

    I've found my motives.
They give me a steady mindset that makes me want to learn to eat breakfast everyday, and run in the morning.

Sometimes it's just so hard to get the bites down cause I'm just not used to having breakfast.
And my stomach feels a little uncomfortable.
But I think I'll get used to it, and it'll go away.
It's apparently really healthy to have breaskfast, for your brain and your body.

And just exercising is not enough.
Your main workout of the day should take place in the morning.
It sets your body on a better energy pace for the rest of the day, which will also help you sleep better.
Exercising at night can actually be bad for your sleep.

So I'm trying to make a set time in the morning, instead of a random slot everyday in the afternoon or at night.

I think it's really hard to push yourself to do healthy things, especially things that you'd think don't really matter... like eating in the morning.
So my theory is, open a blank file, and copy and paste some celebrity pictures into it.
Each picture should have something you want, like toned arms or a healthy tan.
Then maybe a picture of a certificate, for the marathon that you want to do under 2 hours, and you want to start training first by learning to eat healthy.
A bunch of things that motivate you.

    Look at it every day.
Look at it often if you feel like giving up.
Look at it even if you are doing well.

I feel a burst of determination when I look at my motivations.
    Go, me!

    The One

Find a guy who calls you beautiful instead of hot...
Who phones you back when you hang up on him...
Who will lie under the stars and listen to your heartbeat...
Or stays awake just to watch you sleep...

Wait for the boy who kisses your forehead...
Who wants to show you off to the world when you are in sweats...
Who holds your hand in front of his friends...
Who thinks you're just as pretty without makeup on.

One who is constantly reminding you of how much he cares and how lucky his is to have you....

The one who turns to his friends and says, 'that's her.'”

    untruth

How many lies are just too many,
How much hurt is hurt too badly?
How many droplets to make guilty tears,
How faithful a prayer to hold back fears?

How vivid the memories to be worth remembering,
How potent the love to stop someone leaving?
How hard the lesson to change oneself,
How many lost one's pictures on the shelf?

How brave a heart to uncover a lie,
How tightly held a fist to not cry?
How steadfast a struggle to fight for a chance,
To not give up love at a first glance?

How many attempts to be acknowledged,
How many attempts to be too rummaged?
How desperate a mending is worth forgiving,
How often a plead to become annoying?

How sincere a soul to not be banished?
How grown a spirit to not be selfish?
How hopeful to try, again and again,
How keen to know, to let it go in the wind?

    Sleep

It's 4 am and I was in bed for 3 hours trying to sleep.
My internal clock is messed up.

    AARRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

    Listerine

It's apparently really good for your teeth and gums to use.
But I just can't do the full 30 seconds.
Around 15 seconds my tongue goes numb, and at 20 my eyes start to water...
I always give up at 25 seconds.
And I'm standing at the sink with tears in my eyes, not being able to feel my tongue.

    But hey, it's healthy.

    Escaflowne

Escaflowne has the worst ending EVER.
Van and Hitomi are supposed to stay together, damn it!
    *Sniff*

I bought 80$ worth of stuff from VS again, to my own surprise.
My money probably grow wings while I'm not looking, and just fly away.

Moving back home at the end of the month.
    Sigh, sigh, sigh.

    Back to school in September?
    Get a job?

    Sounds bleak.

    Sigh.

    Farmer Annie

So my blister patch has dried up. I am a terrible farmer.
    My crops have withered.
    My blister farm is dying.

I still want a kitten. Kind of.

What is it with the last couple of days?
    Soooo hot.
Now there is an air conditioner that Far installed.
    BWA HA HA.

After more than a year, you think I'd be tired of Guild Wars.
    But nope.
I think it's a very well developed game in the fact that there are so many different perspectives to it.
There is so much to do.
And it's not corrupted like Diablo II.
Guild Wars = best MMORPG ?
